A Callisthenics (Greek for beautiful movement) class this is the ultimate body weight work out. Each class focuses on building a solid foundation in the basics through fun and demanding routines as well as progressions towards advanced movements and techniques. All classes are designed for anyone of any level to fully participate.

Street workouts start with the basics such as push-ups, pull-ups, dips, monkey bars, headstands and handstands. It progresses into more advanced bodyweight exercises such as front and back levers, muscle ups, human flag, and single arm pull-ups.

One of the sweetest things about callisthenics training is its diversity. You can train anywhere, anytime and with, quite literally, anything. The world becomes your playground.

What will I do?

Classes cater for all levels from working through basic movements through to complex and advanced progressions.
Classes can include, pull-ups, chin-ups, rope climbs, dips, german hangs, inversions, handstands, headstands, front levers, back levers, monkey bars, parallel bars, muscle ups, dragon flags, human flags, planche and plenty of fun!
