A 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, build lean muscle and burn fat. This workout uses body weight, kettlebells, sprints, barbell and weight plate exercises to target all major muscle groups.

Our HIIT classes are for everyone, training at your own pace, setting your own goals and working to smash them week after week. You will be surprised at how quick you can improve. Looking for more of a challenge? Some of our elite HIIT crew use it as training for state-level touch football, obstacle course racing, and A league water polo. Pushing themselves and those around them to be the best they can be.

You will work hard in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive, so you can carry on burning calories long after you finish a workout.
