Katie: I am a mother of two little humans who found fitness to help myself fall pregnant while suffering from fertility issues. Not only did I fall pregnant but I gained confidence and met the most amazing people along the way. Suffering from postnatal depression after my son’s birth, fitness was my saviour. It was my happy place I could go to every day for 30min. Forget about everything and just be me. No mirrors, no judgment, just me, sweat and music. Friends and family would comment that I was a different person after I trained. I have always wanted to help other mums who have suffered. Show them that you can have time for you while including your children in your fitness schedule. And they, in turn, will grow up loving an active lifestyle.
What to Bring
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. Bub is more than welcome to come along.
