What will I do?

Classes range from technical boxing instruction (Thursday Morning) through to High-Intensity Workouts.

Instructors

Shylo coaches Tuesday afternoon and early Thursday. With 9 years of boxing training, you will learn a trick or two.
Jamie-Lee coaches Thursday mid-morning. A high-intensity boxing class guaranteed to make you sweat.

What to Bring

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.
We supply the boxing gloves (you can bring your own), focus mitts and bags.
